DESIGN

During the initial sales process, design and engineering capabilities play an important role. All Hudson Aquatic underwater treadmill systems and pools are custom designed to meet your specific requirements. For the best set-up and layout options, we can work directly with architects and contractors to provide computer generated drawings of equipment within your facility for your review. We also help with regulation details for drains and electric locations, as well as other options so you can get the most return on your investment. BUILD

Once you approve the unit design, each system is manufactured in our Angola, Ind., facility specifically to your application with stringent testing and quality protocols. All products are assembled and tested in the same manufacturing facility prior to shipping in order to assure quality control and integrity.

INSTALL

Unlike other companies, Hudson Aquatic Systems’ process doesn’t end with the sale. Our factory trained installers arrive with your equipment in order to install the entire system, test and prepare it for operation. We even provide on-site service training with staff to guarantee the unit is fully operational before we finish. We think it’s important that you get the most from your investment and want to be sure you can take advantage of every minute of operation, not to mention the importance of understanding maintenance and water quality instructions to keep your unit up and running successfully.

SERVICE

Hudson Aquatic Systems takes pride in assuring that you have all the resources needed for maintenance so you can be fully functional and successful. That’s why we created a After Hours Service Support phone line (260-316-3938) and service email to assist you with product information to help you with any new parts needed. If a problem persists and requires additional attention, Hudson offers on-site service where available, and through service partners. In addition, Ask Sam is a program created to handle water quality and water maintenance issues and questions. Through a dedicated email, Ask Sam will address your situation and make sure your issue is resolved. We go the extra mile with parts, service and water quality assistance to keep you up and running.

GUARANTEE

All US Hudson Aquatic underwater treadmills and custom pools come with a one year parts and service warranty, while international parts are guaranteed for one year. A one-year extended warranty for parts and service is available. Hudson Aquatic products are designed and built to last, as some underwater treadmill system life spans have exceeded 40,000 miles.

Many of our international partners sold our product lines when Hudson was formerly known as Ferno Washington. HUDSON HISTORY

With products sold throughout the world, Hudson Aquatic Systems is a market leader in the aquatic training and rehab industry for the human, canine and small animal, as well as equine markets. The history of Hudson’s underwater treadmill systems and custom pools dates back to the 1920’s and remains made in the USA today.

In the 1920’s a company called Ille Electric Corporation started manufacturing stainless steel swimming pools for Polio victims. In following years they expanded into stainless steel whirlpool tanks, Hubbard, and burn tanks for therapy. Ille was bought and sold several times through the years being owned by companies including Beatrice Foods and Market Forge, and then in 1983 they were purchased by Ferno Washington. Ferno expanded the Ille division through acquisitions, partnerships and new product designs.

In 1997-98 the first AquaPAWS underwater treadmill system for canines was designed. Then in early 2000 the AquaPACER equine underwater treadmill was

developed and sold. Five years later, Ferno Washington purchased EESI Engineering, based in Angola, Ind., where the AquaPAWS, AquaPOOLS and AquaGAITER were manufactured.

In 2010, the aquatic division of Ferno Washington was acquired by The Ellis Company and was rebranded as Hudson Aquatic Systems LLC. Now Hudson operates out of a 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Angola, Ind., and manufactures a wide range of aquatic therapy equipment for both humans and animals.

Hudson’s products are manufactured to specifications for each customer’s situation, striving to create a process that exceeds customers’ expectations before, during and after the sale, in order to build life-long relationships and improve the lives that utilize our products.
